The Tracey Cox anal lube is water-based so it's safe on toys and condoms, and in general it feels like a very reliable, no-fuss basic product that suits most, even the sensitive bottoms thanks to its moisturising ingredients. It doesn't smell of anything, it's colourless, it wipes off. It does its job (fantastically well I might add) and nothing else, simples, which is what I'm looking for. If I wanted something sparkly and flavoured I would have not bought this product in the first place.

This is the first "anal-specific" lube I have bought, and I can really tell the difference! Anyone out there who's still hesitating about buying: don't. Get it now. The texture is beautifully rich without being too thick, and long-lasting without being sticky. Previously I have simply used a standard lube (the Tracey Cox Love Lube), which works fine but the texture of this stuff just makes everything so much more slippery. As opposed to a standard lube, this doesn't wear off the same way - just as well, you don't feel the need to keep reapplying. Needing to is no problem though, the pump nozzle is easy to use with just one hand and I found it very easy to regulate exactly how much I wanted out any one time.

Some people have mentioned it being very cold when it comes out, but I think it's simply a question of room temperature: winter, cold bedroom, cold lube. It warms up really quickly if you just pump some onto your hands rather than directly onto wherever you are going to use it. And that gets us to my last point: because of the texture being "thick, but not thick" I find I can use this lube as a good all-rounder too.
