I bought these out of curiosity after reading Fifty shades of Grey.
It took me a few days to get used to them. I started out wearing them for a couple of hours and gradually found that I wear them nearly all day, every day.
You may need to use some lubricant before inserting and you will want to clean them daily and sterilise them if you wear them on a regular basis as I do.
They are fantastic for tightening up your pelvic floor. My orgasms are a lot more intense after using these jiggle balls and my husband has noticed a huge difference in sensation as well.
These are great not only for you but also for your partner - you'll both reap the benefits of these wonderful little balls.
I highly recommend them.
