Tried this with the cock ring supplied, but was too painful for the husband, so used it without.

Works best with lube, the black silicon casing wraps around the penis giving a snug fit. Once you start pumping it's like you're being sucked into ecstasy. I also noted a major difference in size of his penis after he had used this - his erection lasted longer and seemed thicker and harder. Gives you a sensation of being sucked out, he was happy after a couple of pumps.

Even though it is for men, I have used this on myself, if you take off the black silicon on the base, hold it over your clitoris and pump away the sensation is unreal. We did play a game where I had my pump on, he had his on, but swapped controls, so I was pumping for him, he was pumping for me. If you're both competitive like we are it can be painful but mostly had us in fits off laughter. Had lots of fun using this toy.
