BASIC penis pump - not sure about the 'strong suction' though

The pump chamber is manufactured from smoky tinted ABS plastic, so it feels very well made and doesn't look like it could crack easily, unlike some other pumps.
There is an inner liner made from soft TPE plastic, also in a see-through smoky colour. This has moulded nodules on the inside surface, presumably to provide some stimulation, although I can't say this was very noticeable unless you moved the cylinder up and down without applying any suction. The nodules did mean that your glans ended up covered in dimples after using the pump, and looked rather like one of those plastic plastic golf balls that you get in play sets. Whether you find that an attractive look or not is for you and your partner to decide!
The size of the cylinder is not massive, so if you are well-endowed this is probably not the best pump to buy. But for the average penis it's fine, and it's pretty easy to fill the width of the cylinder resulting in the aforementioned dimpled effect.
The plastic liner rolls round the edge of the cylinder to the outside and provides a reasonably comfortable fit and a good seal against the body with a good application of lube, so no problems there. It's a bit of a pain to reinsert the sleeve fully if you take it out for cleaning as it sticks to the sides of the cylinder as you're trying to slide it back in - I ended up poking it back into place with a piece of wood eventually.
The squeeze bulb is not the strongest around, and I certainly wouldn't class it as 'strong suction'; but it's perfectly adequate for the job. With all these squeeze bulb models you are limited as to the amount of suction available by the strength and elasticity of the bulb, and this one isn't as strong as one on the Lust Buster pump, which I have also reviewed. Yet strangely, I think I like this pump more as it seems better made and feels as though it will last longer. I think I could stand on this one without breaking it, and that's not something I could say about the Lust Buster.
Having the tinted sleeve and cylinder means that it's difficult to see what's happening inside, so there's not much visual appeal for you or your partner as things get bigger. That was the only complaint I got from the OH (although she's still not convinced about the dimpled glans!).
After only a few uses, I definitely noticed a general increase in girth that lasted for most of the day. Length hasn't increased very much if at all; perhaps continued daily use would result in some long-term gains, but I don't know if I'm disciplined enough to do that. At the moment we're both quite happy using it as part of our foreplay.
All in all, it's a good, well-made piece of kit and a good buy at the price. But if you're larger than average you should probably look elsewhere.

The cylinder feels very robust.

Not much - the inner sleeve is a bit fiddly to reinsert after cleaning.
