In case you haven't guessed this is a toy in the shape of a battery powered torch, which the Americans call a flashlight... thus fleshlight. Unscrewing the end where the bulb would normally be reveals the orifice, and you can pull the entire sleeve out to clean it or to heat it in warm water. No batteries, though some lubricant will be required.

The toys initially come with a powdery coating, this isn't harmful and will disappear once you wash it the first time leaving a sticky feeling. The manufacturer recommends dusting it with corn flour (they call it 'corn starch' but that is in the US again) to return this feeling, but this isn't necessary and it isn't all that bad to be honest. Just don't dust the 'ice' models because it apparently clouds them. The stickiness is only noticeable on the orifice exterior except when you have the sleeve out for cleaning.

Once the orifice is exposed you should apply lube to both the orifice and your penis, at least this is my preference. A little in between the orifice cheeks, and enough to cover your penis should be enough. In this case the orifice is a pair of buttock cheeks. They aren't excessively masculine so if you like women with a more rounded behind this could very well suit you more than the fleshlight butt (fleshjack is the name of the 'gay' line). The fleshlight butt focuses on the butt hole, where the fleshjack focuses on the cheeks.

The texture inside is the special stamina training texture, not available in any model other than the STU with various orifices. It consists of differently sized nodules apparently designed to provide more stimulation the closer you get to orgasm, since your penis swells as you get closer thus pressing against more of the nodules. Having used the original, ultra tight and wonder wave inserts I can honestly say this is the best I've used. It is very pleasurable, and you can just as easily pound it hard or give it a slow stroke depending on your personal preference and mood at the time. It results in a very enjoyable orgasm, but doesn't drain you so intensely that you can't go again if you feel like it. This is more because it isn't a harsh toy, it is a very soft sleeve.

One of the most enjoyable techniques I've found is to hold it still while thrusting in and out on my side, while laying on my bed. The orgasm is a lot more intense, presumably from the increased realism. It is also a great way to enjoy slow penetration. Don't rush it and have some patience, and you won't believe the results.
