Well I was a little sceptical myself about it, but having bought it I have to say it feels almost as good as the real thing.
Needs a good lubricant, and I warm it up in warm water for 5-10 minutes beforehand.
Once you get the technique right - as like real sex - the orgasm feels much better then a handjob.
