So glad we persevered

I've always wanted to use a glass dildo on the OH since I first saw them in films. They looked more like artwork and we weren't disappointed when these arrived.
The Tracey Cox range all comes in subtle, tasteful packaging, and the dildos sit in plastic packing within the box along with a velvet bag for each. They look fantastic in the packaging, but taking them out and feeling the smooth surface and weight adds a whole new dimension. I just couldn't wait to use them.
But, our first experience didn't go to well. I should explain these were our first insertable toys, and looking back there was probably some anxiety on the part of the OH (and a lack of technique on my part!) so she didn't enjoy it as much as expected. The bumps along the top of the pink one actually hurt at one point.
This put us off for a bit, but we did try again and boy are we glad we did!
We now usually combine these with a bullet (or tongue) for best effect, but depending on mood each design can provide very different experiences.
The pink one is great for deep penetration or gentle thrusting (though we do tend to keep the bumps turned to the back to prevent a repeat of out first experience) and it's now a bit of a game for her to guess which end we're using!
The clear one however is a lot more subtle and can easily hit the G-spot from most directions, and the four 'balls' are great for slow teasing.
We're both glad we persevered with these and they have provided some of the best orgasms the OH has ever had (her words). The smooth feel and weight in the hand are every bit as erotic as I'd hoped and they just look great.
One last word, if you do use lube with these a little goes a long way...
