Not "plus" enough

I bought these to wear on a night out with a tightly laced corset and skirt ensemble, in the hopes that when visiting the ladies loos during the course of the night I wouldn't need to undo my corset every time I wanted to pull down my tights. The idea was sound, and would have worked a treat as the crotchless part is plenty big enough. However, the tights didn't fit me.
Yes, I am a big girl, but I expected a plus-size garment to fit me, since the description says it fits up to a size 20. Unfortunately I don't think anyone bigger than a size 16 would be able to fit into these.
They are sheer 15 denier tights and the crotchless part is fairly large with seamed edges. I imagine they would be very serviceable, if they fit you.

Didn't fit. Not what I'd call "plus size".
